Our products

Engine cooling system radiator

The radiator cools the engine to prevent overheating. It is extremely important for the radiator to be leak-proof under angular loads, shaking, and corrosion. The distinctive features of this group of STRON products include improved vibration resistance, extended service life of all components, and excellent cooling capacity.

STRON radiators are manufactured based on a state-of-art technology using thermosetting plastics and special-grade cast aluminum welded using argon. The products are easy to install due to perfect workmanship and correspondence to the mounting hole positions.

 

Intercooler or charge air cooler

Intercooler is intended for cooling compressed hot air coming from the turbocharger before entering the combustion chamber. This significantly increases the oxygen inflow to the engine, as cooled air has higher density. A key advantage of STRON intercoolers is their all-aluminum structure with continuous welds.

The intercooler piping is fitted with vortices that improve air passage and heat exchange. All dimensions and grooves correspond to that of the OEM part enabling trouble-free installation of the STRON intercooler.

 

Oil cooler

Oil cooler is usually used for cooling oil in an automatic gear box or hydraulic equipment. All STRON oil coolers are designed, manufactured, and tested according to or exceeding the quality requirements for the OEM products of automotive manufacturers. Our products pass many tests to meet high-quality requirements that provide an extended service life.

In addition to vibration testing, each STRON oil heat exchanger is pressure tested at 10 bar after exiting the conveyor. The products are easy to install due to perfect workmanship and correspondence to the mounting hole positions.

 

Heater core

A vehicle cabin is heated by a heater core that obtains heat from the hot fluid that circulates in engine cooling system. It is extremely important that the heater core does not lose its heat transfer efficiency or leak into the cabin due to continuous vibration throughout its service life.

The main advantages of this group of STRON products include improved vibration resistance, extended service life of all components, and excellent cooling capacity. All dimensions and grooves correspond to that of the OEM part enabling trouble-free installation of a STRON heater core into a vehicle cabin.

Nocolok technology
All radiators are manufactured according to the state-of-art Nocolok technology using a multi-position mold and high-accuracy automation preventing microfractures and undesirable buckling.
Special-grade aluminum
Only special-grade cast aluminum with high airtightness and corrosion resistance is used for manufacturing radiator cores; welding is done using argon.
Thermosetting plastics
Only very strong and high temperature-resistant thermosetting plastics are used to manufacture the plastic elements.
Pressure testing
After exiting the conveyor, all radiators are tested under pressure exceeding the operating pressure by many times — from 3 to 25 bar depending on the radiator type.
