About us

STRON is an international company founded in 1996 that manufactures premium-quality spare parts with an extended service life. Our manufacturing process is based on unique and innovative design and many patented technologies. Our products are supplied to the conveyor belts of automotive manufacturers worldwide.

Standardizing the manufacturing process according to IATF 16949, constant equipment upgrades, improved business processes at all stages, and implementing defect prevention techniques allowed the company to develop continuously and enter the markets of Asia, South America, Europe, and the CIS.

We arranged contract manufacturing and started supplying products to such brands as Nissens, Denso, Valeo, etc. as a result of continuously striving towards quality and setting up state-of-the-art plant conveyors.

Our advantages

Extended service life
Unique and innovative design and many patented technologies enable increasing the design service life of our products to 300,000 km.
Extended warranty
The products are covered by 3-year or 80,000 km warranty (whichever comes first).
Nocolok technology
All radiators are manufactured according to the state-of-art Nocolok technology using a multi-position mold and high-accuracy automation preventing microfractures and undesirable buckling.
SPECIAL-GRADE ALUMINUM
Only special-grade cast aluminum with high airtightness and corrosion resistance is used for manufacturing radiator cores; welding is done using argon.
Thermosetting plastics
Only very strong and high temperature-resistant thermosetting plastics are used to manufacture the plastic elements.
PRESSURE TESTING
After exiting the conveyor, all radiators are tested under pressure exceeding the operating pressure by many times — from 3 to 25 bar depending on the radiator type.

Quality management system at our plants

The main objectives at all stages of STRON product manufacturing and supply include:

  • continuous improvement
  • preventing defects
  • reducing variations and losses in the supply chain.

These objectives are fundamental for the IATF 16949 international quality management system that is used for the certification and setup of all production conveyors where our products are manufactured.

The ISO/TS 16949 standard developed by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA) complements our principles and actually governs the entire production chain. Such standards applied in our work help in creating premium-quality products.
