OUR BENEFITS

OUR PRIORITIES

STRON is committed to continuous improvement in the manufacturing and distribution of its parts. To this end, it follows the basic standards of manufacturing operations:
1. Assessing the current state of business processes.
STRON regularly and thoroughly analyses its production processes - the entire cycle from raw material procurement to finished product testing. This helps to identify opportunities for improvement and anticipate potential risks;
2. Involve the whole workforce.
Business improvement requires the active participation of employees. STRON's management regularly trains employees in modern models such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. In this way, employees become active participants in the improvement process, contributing their ideas and providing valuable feedback;
3. Setting specific goals.
STRON sets clear targets for improvement - for example, reducing production waste or increasing equipment efficiency. Goals must be specific and achievable;
4. Implementing and tracking changes.
After assessing the situation, STRON makes changes to its production processes - for example, introducing the use of new technologies, updating equipment and training employees. STRON then tracks the impact of such changes by implementing a monitoring system to continuously monitor key production performance indicators;
5. Analyse results and make adjustments.
The results of changes require continuous analysis. If the changes have not produced the expected results, STRON adjusts its approach. The first step is to listen to feedback from employees and customers;
6. Continuous cycle.
Business process improvement is always a long and continuous process. STRON understands this and therefore evaluates and improves again after a cycle of improvement has been completed.
This approach enables STRON to remain a competitive manufacturer - helping to improve product quality and respond flexibly to changing market conditions.
Most defects can be prevented at the initial stage. For this purpose, STRON adheres to strict work algorithms:
1. A clear analysis of the production requirements.
STRON starts its work with a careful study of quality standards. The list of standards includes the requirements of ISO/TS 16949 as well as any specifications related to engine cooling systems;
2. Develops and implements an efficient system of production processes.
Each step must be clearly structured and consistently monitored;
3. Analyses potential problems.
In order to prevent defects at an early stage, we analyse what could lead to breakdowns. Based on the results, risk management plans are drawn up;
4. Uses Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
SPC is used to monitor key production parameters. This includes monitoring temperatures, pressures and other factors that affect the efficiency of cooling systems. Rigorous quality control is applied at every stage - checking the components supplied, checking the assembly process and testing the finished products;
5. Thoroughly tested products.
Each unit is thoroughly tested to ensure it meets standards and is free from defects. Testing includes heat transfer, leakage and other characteristics;
6. Training of personnel.
STRON employees receive regular training in working with cooling systems. They are trained in new production technologies, quality standards and manufacturing process control methods;
7. Carries out inspections, audits and meetings.
Regular internal inspections and external audits are carried out to verify compliance with standards and to monitor the effectiveness of the quality management system. Improvement meetings are also systematically held to discuss audit results, development proposals and new requirements of the standards;
8. Supports feedback.
A feedback system is in place with dealers and end users to help resolve issues. This makes it possible to react quickly to problems that have already occurred and to take appropriate action.
By following these steps, STRON is able to establish an effective quality management system, prevent defects in production and support customers in the event of complaints.
STRON monitors not only the quality of its products, but also the efficiency of its supply chains.
Сompliance with the IATF 16949 standard is a key factor for STRON in preventing losses and reducing variation. To achieve this, the company relies on a number of important steps:
1 Analyze the requirements of IATF 16949.
STRON thoroughly analyses the requirements of IATF 16949 before starting the improvement process. This helps to build a supply management strategy to meet STRON's high quality standards;
2. Risk assessment.
Risk analysis helps to identify potential problems - delays and unforeseen changes in logistics and non-compliance with quality standards. STRON identifies and mitigates these risks on a regular basis;
3. Quality control of incoming materials.
Strict quality control of incoming materials reduces the risk of defects early in the production process;
4. Inventory management.
Continuous monitoring of product stock levels helps to avoid surpluses and minimizes the risk of material shortages in the supply chain;
5. Supply chain process transparency.
The use of modern information technology helps to create maximum transparency in the supply tracking process and also helps to respond quickly to route changes and minimize losses;
6. Selection of reliable distributors.
STRON chooses its distributors very carefully. Choosing a reliable distributor reduces the likelihood of errors at the stage when the material arrives at the service station;
7. Working with distributors.
Developing partnerships with distributors facilitates effective information sharing and problem solving. And systematically monitoring their performance using KPIs allows us to respond to changing performance in a timely manner.
Regular audits of distributors and other logistics partners also help prevent problems and maintain supply chain management efficiency;
8. Claims Handling.
Following the quality standards of IATF 16949, STRON pays great attention to end customer feedback. Distributors are an integral part of this communication channel - thanks to them STRON is able to respond promptly to any feedback.
By dealing with complaints, STRON corrects any inaccuracies and improves its product.
STRON always controls the supply chain, reducing the risk of loss, increasing the sustainability of its business and maintaining its premium brand status. Compliance with IATF 16949 is not just a requirement, but a strategic approach in improving management processes.
STRON maintains its premium brand status by strictly adhering to quality standards in the production of engine cooling system parts. The company has based its policy on the international standard - the IATF 16949 quality management system. Here are its main principles:
1. Certification and production line organisation.
Every stage of production at STRON - from the procurement of raw materials to the shipment of finished products - is organised and certified according to the requirements of IATF 16949. Production lines are therefore not just assembly points, but complete systems for quality control and optimization of production processes;
2. Quality management at every stage.
The IATF 16949 standard requires not only the achievement of high-quality standards for the final product, but also process management at every stage. At STRON, every conveyor belt is an integral part of a comprehensive quality management system. Defects are immediately prevented and production stability is ensured;
3. Employee training and development.
Implementing IATF 16949 requires a highly skilled workforce. Everyone from line operators to senior management is trained in the principles and requirements of the standard;
4. Consumer benefits.
STRON's commitment to IATF 16949 assures product quality and brings many benefits to the end user. STRON parts are truly reliable, safe and efficient.
The application of the IATF 16949 standard is the basis for the success of STRON parts. Being a premium manufacturer gives the company a competitive advantage and long-term sustainability. STRON continues to develop and regulate quality, starting with internal production processes.
